Does BifrostTV come with channels?
No. BifrostTV is a player for your own IPTV sources. It includes no channels or content, and does not sell, provide or recommend playlists or IPTV subscriptions. You are responsible for making sure your sources are legal to access where you live.
Which sources can I add?
An M3U or M3U8 playlist URL, or an Xtream Codes login (server, username and password). Both http and https work. Xtream Codes also brings the provider’s movies, series and TV guide.
Why is my TV guide empty?
Guide data comes from your source. Xtream Codes includes it, while an M3U playlist has to name a guide with url-tvg or x-tvg-url. Channels without guide data can still be played.
How does My teams find matches?
It looks for the competitions and teams you follow in your source’s TV guide and channel names, so it works best when your source has a guide. Scores in My teams and on the Teletext pages come from Olmo Technologies’ football data service, which is never told which teams you follow, and they may be slightly delayed. You can change your teams in Settings.
Do my sources sync between devices?
No. Each device keeps its own sources, favorites and settings, so add your source on each device you use.
Why do only some multi-view tiles play?
Each tile is a separate stream, and your provider may limit how many streams can run at once.
How do I use AirPlay or Chromecast?
On iPhone and iPad, use the AirPlay or Cast button in the player. Picture in Picture is available there too.
How do reminders work?
On iPhone and iPad, hold a program in the guide. You get a notification five minutes before it starts. Reminders are not available on Apple TV.
Where are the adult categories?
They are hidden by default. Turn on Show adult categories in Settings to see them.
