Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the BifrostTV application ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What BifrostTV is
BifrostTV is a generic media player. It ships with no channels, no streams, and no content of any kind. It only plays sources that you connect — such as an M3U playlist URL or an Xtream Codes account.
2. Your sources are your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the sources you add and for ensuring you have the legal right to access them in your jurisdiction. BifrostTV does not host, provide, supply, endorse, verify, or control any content. The developer has no knowledge of, and no control over, what you connect to.
You must not use the App to access, stream, or distribute content you are not authorised to access, or to infringe any copyright or other right. Using the App for piracy or any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited and is entirely your responsibility.
3. Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own private use, subject to these terms and the App Store / Google Play terms.
4. Third-party services
If you use casting devices or other third-party services, your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BifrostTV is not affiliated with, and not responsible for, those services.
Football scores, fixtures and league tables in Teletext and My teams are provided for information only. They come from third-party data providers and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
5. Purchases
If BifrostTV offers paid features, they are sold through the App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing, and refunds are handled by them under their policies.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Streams may be unavailable, slow, or broken for reasons outside our control (your source, your network, your devices). We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or the sources you connect to it, including any consequences of accessing content you were not authorised to access.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version will always be posted here.
